How can I contact Vanitiser customer services?

How do I buy an item?

Vanitiser shop is always open. Just pick an item (or two!) and follow the steps to check out. If you have any questions, please email us here.


How does shipping work?

All purchases are shipped by either Australia Post or Local Courier.

- FREE Standard Shipping for all single orders over $70. Your order will arrive within 2-7 business days from when we ship it.
- For all orders under $70, we add a $9.95 flat rate Standard Postage fee at check out. Your order will arrive within 2-7 business days from when we ship it.
- For EXPRESS shipping, we add a $16.95 flat rate shipping fee at check out. Your order will arrive within 1-3 business days from when we ship it.

We ship all orders within 5 days from receiving your order, unless you're notified otherwise. Please note times may vary across public holiday periods and busy sale times.


To where does Vanitiser online ship to?

Currently we ship anywhere within AUSTRALIA.


Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value.


How can I check on my order?

You will get notification of your order via our system each step of the way. But if you’d like to check on your order, just email us.


Can I change or cancel an order?

As long as you have not received a dispatch confirmation email, you can change your order. Please email the customer service department if you would like to change an order.


How long will it take to process my order?

All our orders are processed within 5 business days. All items listed online are in stock and sent from Australia directly to you. Depending on the postage option you have selected at checkout will determine the length of time it takes to arrive. Our products are certainly not “Drop Shipped”.


Are your products Genuine?

Of course, we guarantee their AUTHENTICITY as Vanitiser is an Authorised Stockist for the brands listed on the website. All items are received in their original manufacturers packaging box with authentic labels attached.


What’s your return policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note: products can ONLY be returned if they are in perfect re-saleable condition i.e. in original, undamaged packaging and not used or worn. For more information about our return policy, please visit the following link.


What’s your privacy policy?

We take this stuff seriously! If you sign up for the Vanitiser newsletter, you can opt out at any time. When you shop at Vanitiser, we will add you to our internal mailing list but you can unsubscribe at anytime. How do you moderate your reviews?

At Vanitiser we welcome and really treasure reviews. But, please be polite and constructive when leaving a review. We reserve the right to delete any truly offensive, rude or spam reviews. Please do not try to advertise your product in a review because that will be promptly deleted. Sorry!

How can I use a promotion code?

Vanitiser issues promotion codes within the scope of its marketing campaigns. These codes need to be entered on the shopping cart checkout page when you order. You can only use one code per purchase. Some codes are valid for a limited time only. If your promotion code does not work, please check whether it has already been used or has expired.


Can I pay using a gift card?

Of course, each Gift Card will contain a unique code. This code needs to be entered on the shopping cart checkout page when you place your order. Please also refer to “How can I use a promotion code” above.


What methods of payment do you offer?

Vanitiser provides you with the following methods of payment for your online purchases - Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) via eWay payment gateway.


Do you offer a secure payment system?

Yes, we sure do. Credit Card payments are processed within the eWay payment gateway. Credit card payments are 100% secure on eWay site. Card numbers, expiry dates, names, and other details are encrypted using the level of online security banks use, 128-bit encryption. Transactions are completed in a very secure environment. Credit card details are not displayed to or stored by Vanitiser.


Why should I set up my own account?

Your account details will be saved to make your next purchase faster and easier. With “My Account”, your checkout process will be expedited as your shipping details are saved. You can also opt to receive promotional emails for our latest offers.
